1. Raw Material Processing Section

The carefully selected raw materials, such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), are the cornerstone of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production, ensuring a robust foundation for excellence.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the efficient processing and safe storage of all essential raw materials, laying the groundwork for a seamless production experience.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Experience the heart of innovation with this core section, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life through precision and technology.
This indispensable section crafts the sturdy steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside a cutting-edge automatic circulation system for the assembly frame, epitomizing the blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern automation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Witness the core transformation of materials into concrete slabs in this critical production stage, where precision pouring and pre-curing set the standard for quality.
The section diligently shapes the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for concrete plates, integrating manual and automatic hanging with a state-of-the-art automatic assembly frame circulation, ensuring consistency and quality.
4. Cutting Section
Our innovative cutting section ensures each product achieves perfect form. The mold frame with the billet is expertly demudded by the crane, while the cutting car meticulously processes side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving flawless molding.
A precision ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, safeguarding sustainability and reducing waste.
After waste elimination, a sophisticated marshalling crane and ferry car expertly maneuver the blank body, ensuring each product is perfectly aligned and ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
Indulge in the meticulous autoclaving process where assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, thanks to the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Upon completion, the autoclave-mastered products are gracefully extracted and transported to the final packaging section, ready to meet the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
