AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to the autoclaved aerated coagulation process primarily include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) and similar essential constituents.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal core for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and leverages automatic circulation for assembly frame management.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This highly crucial section plays a central role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car, achieving product cutting and molding through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is meticulously completed using a ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste for optimal material efficiency.
Upon removal of waste, the blank body is expertly managed by a marshalling crane and mobilized by a marshalling ferry car for seamless operation continuity.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled product cakes are carefully ushered into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance by utilizing the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned ahead.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section, ready for the next phase of production.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and expertly packed. They are then transported to the storage yard with precision using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
