AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation (AAC) production, a thoughtfully curated blend of raw materials like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, and the ever-essential gypsum and aluminum powder (or paste) come together to create a masterpiece of construction innovation.
This pivotal section serves as the cornerstone for the meticulous processing and secure storage of the vital raw materials, setting the stage for quality AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section is where precision meets innovation, ensuring the enhanced quality and strength of the resulting slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh, or mesh cage, for AAC plates is expertly crafted and assembled. This segment features advanced manual and automatic mesh hanging, seamlessly integrating into the automatic circulation of the assembly frame for streamlined efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as a central hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where innovative processes ensure the highest standards of quality and durability.
Designed for the meticulous creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, this area features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, filled with billet body, undergoes precise demoulding via a crane turner. The blank body, along with its side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, undergoing a comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting process to achieve the perfect product form.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently handles and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Once the waste removal is complete, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly manage the blank body, paving the way for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, the meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank, where they are pampered under constant pressure, courtesy of the efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart. This ensures their complete transformation into durable AAC products.
Upon curing completion, the refined autoclave-cured products gracefully exit the autoclave, transported by the ferry cart towards the final frontier of finished product packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the freshly steamed cakes undergo a comprehensive sorting and palletizing process. They are then expertly packed and transported to the storage yard, courtesy of cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
