AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In our meticulous production of autoclaved aerated coagulation materials, we utilize a precise blend of essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
This vital section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and secure storage of our premium raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core segment in our advanced production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section expertly handles the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal section in the production of our high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, accommodating both manual and automated mesh hanging and ensuring smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded meticulously with the billet body, is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is adeptly placed onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to perfection.
The expertly cut body undergoes processing on the ground turning table, ensuring seamless removal and recycling of corner waste, contributing to our eco-friendly practices.
Once the waste is efficiently removed, the blank body is transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing this critical stage with precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave using a sophisticated traction mechanism, undergoing consistent pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the ferry cart that aligns with the autoclave, ensuring flawless results.
Autoclave-cured products are gently extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final packaging section, ready for dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed to perfection, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then skillfully transported to the storage yard using our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring effortless handling and storage.
