1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
In this phase, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. This includes both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is crucial for the formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is constructed, alongside manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Mold frames loaded with billet bodies are unwrapped using a turning crane. The combination of the blank body and side plate is then placed on a cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product shaping.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste.
Following waste removal, a marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transferred into tanks for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment.
