1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundational ingredients utilized in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete slabs is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling, alongside seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This crucial section lies at the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing.

It's responsible for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete slabs, offering manual or automatic mesh handling and ensuring the automatic circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

In this stage, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts form the final product.

The ground turning table efficiently handles the cut body, collecting and recycling any corner waste with ease.
Once waste removal is finalized, the marshalling crane and ferry car adeptly complete the blank body marshalling process.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes undergo meticulous pressure maintenance within the autoclave, delivered there by the efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart.

After autoclaving, the cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for the next steps.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The autoclave-steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
