1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for creating steel mesh (mesh cage), manual or automatic hanging mesh, and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting cart where the product is precisely cut in side, horizontal, and vertical directions.
The cut body is processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste materials.
Subsequently, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car after waste removal.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the packaging section for finished products.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
