AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: The initial step in creating exceptional AAC blocks begins here.
The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated conglomerates include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring stability and excellence in every block.
This vital section is dedicated to the processing and meticulous storage of all essential raw materials, laying the groundwork for superior AAC block creation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Experience precision engineering in mesh creation.
& Circulation: Ensuring continual operation for enhanced productivity.
This integral section is pivotal to producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is expertly crafted for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, with manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section: Where innovation meets precision in AAC production.
This section forms the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring each slab's integrity and durability.
The process involves expertly crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plate, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Shaping excellence with precision cutting technology.
The mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is strategically placed on the cutting car to achieve precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect product molding.
The cut body is efficiently processed by the ground turning table, facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste to promote sustainable production practices.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, readying it for the subsequent production stages.
5. Autoclaving Section: Unlock the strength with high-pressure curing.
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure curing, orchestrated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at the forefront.
Upon completion of autoclave curing, products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.
6. Finished Products: The culmination of innovation and craftsmanship.
Classification & Packaging: Ensuring precision and care in final product handling.
Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave and are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transportation equipment, ensuring impeccable delivery to our valued customers.
