1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of advanced autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These materials form the cornerstone of our innovative and high-quality production line, ensuring the finest outcomes.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, laying the foundation for excellence in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of our production line, this section is pivotal for crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It embodies the fusion of technology and precision.
This integral section is responsible for manufacturing the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates manual (automatic) hanging mesh techniques and ensures seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames, enhancing efficiency and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core section dedicated to producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. Every step is optimized for quality and precision.
Here, we fabricate the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carefully loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car where it undergoes precise cutting molding. This process includes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to ensure perfect product shaping.
The meticulous cut body is perfected by the ground turning table, which adeptly removes and recycles corner waste, upholding our commitment to sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless continuation in the production process.
5. Autoclaving Section
In the autoclaving section, assembled cakes are expertly transferred into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart. This ensures a flawless curing process.
The finished, autoclave-cured products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and strategically transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for market demands.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The meticulously treated cakes, once steamed from the autoclave, are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then smoothly transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
