AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials in the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, all vital for creating robust and efficient construction materials.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring their readiness and quality for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets innovation.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. It includes manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and quality at every step.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as a cornerstone for the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, emphasizing refined techniques and superior technology.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plate is produced, featuring either manual or automatic hanging mesh alongside an efficient automatic assembly frame circulation, ensuring streamlined production.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is loaded with the billet body, the crane deftly demuds it. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is then skillfully positioned on the cutting car. The product achieves its final shape through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table expertly completes the cut body, effectively removing and recycling corner waste, maintaining an eco-friendly production process.
Following waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
Ingeniously assembled cakes are directed into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart. Here, they undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness and availability for customer demand.
