AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), the fundamental raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These elements form the backbone of the AAC production process.
This critical segment is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations.
Here, the crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for AAC plates takes place. It involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame, enhancing efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another integral segment for AAC slab production, this section ensures optimal processes through advanced technology and techniques.
This area focuses on the fabrication of essential steel meshes for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automated methods for mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation, streamlining production.
4. Cutting Section
The mold, loaded with the billet body, undergoes precise demudding via a turning crane. Subsequently, the billet, alongside its side plate, is placed on a cutting car where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste, maintaining an eco-friendly operation.
Following waste removal, the billet body advances through marshalling by the crane and ferry car, ensuring orderly processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Prepped for perfection, the assembled cakes are driven into the autoclave tank, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Emerging cured from the autoclave, these products are seamlessly ferried out and conveyed directly to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, each cake is meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The finished products are efficiently transported to the storage yard, courtesy of advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
