1. Raw Material Processing Section: The Foundation of Excellence

In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials encompass a rich blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and additional essential components, creating a robust foundation for superior product quality.

This section is pivotal for the meticulous processing and organized storage of essential raw materials, ensuring readiness and efficiency.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Precision Meets Innovation
& Circulation: Seamless Integration for Optimal Performance


This section stands as the central hub for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, demonstrating the epitome of engineering prowess.

This section focuses on the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the efficient circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Where Potential Begins to Solidify


This section is a vital cornerstone for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, combining cutting-edge technology with precision.

This phase involves the creation of requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging processes, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.




4. Cutting Section: Sculpting Perfection


Within this process, the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is deftly demudded using the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect molding.

Upon completion, the cut body undergoes removal and recycling of corner waste, facilitated by the ground turning table, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, orchestrating a seamless process.

5. Autoclaving Section: Achieving Ultimate Strength


The meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo a process of constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring robust durability.

Emerging from the autoclave, the cured products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for market delivery.




6. Finished Products: From Creation to Completion
Classification & Packaging: Organized, Efficient, and Ready for Dispatch


Following their steaming journey out of the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution and customer satisfaction.
