1. Raw Material Processing Section - The Foundation of Quality

In the intricate arena of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the raw materials form the bedrock of our unmatched quality. Meticulously sourced, these include premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the precision of aluminum powder or paste.

This pivotal section ensures the seamless processing and meticulous storage of raw materials, setting the stage for superior product creation.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation - Precision at its Core
& Revolutionary Circulation

This stage is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets necessity.

Here, the intricate process of crafting essential steel meshes (mesh cages) unfolds with remarkable precision. Whether manually or automatically handled, these meshes are crucial, as is the seamless, automated circulation of the assembly framework.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section - Mastery in Crafting Concrete Slabs

This is another core section pivotal to the creation of impeccable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Within this domain, the precise fabrication of steel meshes (mesh cages) occurs, including both manual and automatic mesh handling, coupled with the automated circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section - Precision Cutting at Its Finest

With expert precision, the mold frames, bearing billet bodies, are deftly demudded via a turning crane. The blank bodies, accompanied by side plates, are strategically placed on cutting cars, where the art of cutting and molding elevates the product through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Once waste is expertly removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car synchronize to finalize the blank body for the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section - Where Consistency Meets Excellence

The assembled masterpieces are ushered into the autoclave, where constant pressure maintenance transforms them through the synergy of traction mechanisms and the ferry cart.

Post-autoclave, the cured marvels are gently extracted by the ferry cart, seamlessly transitioning to the finished product packaging section.
