1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment forms the nucleus of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This section is designed for the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Designed for steel mesh (mesh cage) production required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes complete the product's molding.
The cut body undergoes final processing on the ground turning table, where corner waste is removed and recycled.
Post waste removal, the blank body is completed using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Autoclave-cured products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
