1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is pivotal for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. It also involves manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) needed for the concrete plates, involving both manual (automatic) hanging meshes and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes.
The cut body is further processed by the ground turning table to extract and recycle any corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled 'cakes' are transported into the autoclave tank using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-cured cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment after being carefully separated.
