AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey to creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) begins with the meticulous processing of key raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), each selected for its unique properties and contributions to the final product.
In this crucial section, the raw materials are expertly processed and stored, ensuring they are in prime condition for the subsequent stages of AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of AAC slab manufacturing, this section plays a pivotal role, embodying the precision and efficiency necessary for high-quality production.
This section is dedicated to the flawless creation of steel mesh or mesh cages vital for AAC plates, seamlessly integrating manual or automatic mesh hanging and optimizing the assembly frame's circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
The epicenter of AAC slab production, this section is where the foundational processes take shape, setting the stage for excellence.
Tasked with crafting essential steel mesh cages, this section incorporates both manual and automated mesh hanging, ensuring smooth, efficient circulation for assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In a symphony of precision, the mold frame is skillfully demudded by the turning crane, and the blank body, alongside the side plate, is transported to the cutting car. Here, side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the product into its final form.
The art of cutting extends to skillfully removing and recycling corner waste using the ground turning table, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
Post waste-removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, efficiently preparing it for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, the assembled cakes are seamlessly conveyed into the autoclave for precision constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by cutting-edge traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Once cured, these autoclaved products are deftly extracted by ferry cart, primed for the final packaging and dispatch phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard, all orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet market demands.
