1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring optimum quality and consistency.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal element for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, key to structural integrity and excellence.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated. It encompasses both manual (automatic) hanging mesh systems and efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another cornerstone for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring perfect formation and initial setting.
In this phase, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is meticulously prepared, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect shapes.
The cut body is meticulously handled by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal discrepancies.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for streamlined processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, ensuring robust curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved and sorted cakes are skillfully palletized, securely packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
