AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for manufacturing autoclaved aerated coagulation products typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more. These elements are meticulously chosen for their superior quality and performance.
In this section, raw materials undergo precise processing and efficient storage, ensuring optimal quality for the production process.
2. Robust Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the pivotal hub for manufacturing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring impeccable standards.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plate production is crafted with precision. The section facilitates both manual and automatic hanging mesh along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This segment stands as the core of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
Dedicated to creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for aerated concrete plates, this section supports manual and automatic operations, along with flawless circulation of assembly frames.
4. Precision Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process by the crane. Subsequently, the blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where the product's form is sculpted through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste, enhancing sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for seamless operation.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are gracefully transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, guided by the traction mechanism and ferry cart for flawless autoclaving.
Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart, heading to the finished product packaging section for final preparations.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following autoclaving, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for market demands.
