1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the essentials of autoclaved aerated coagulation production with raw materials like sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, all meticulously chosen for quality and performance.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of raw materials, setting the stage for our high-caliber production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation: Seamless Integration for Precision
This section stands as the heart of our process, specializing in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision and quality.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is achieved with precision, incorporating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Again, this pivotal section molds the future of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring excellence at every stage.
It's dedicated to the essential task of crafting steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
With precision engineering, the mold frame containing the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is strategically placed on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfection.
The ground turning table skillfully completes the cutting process by efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste, ensuring a sustainable operation.
Subsequent to waste clearance, the blank body proceeds to marshalling, where the crane and ferry car work in tandem to complete the marshalling process.
5. Autoclaving Section
Meticulously assembled, the cakes are transported into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, courtesy of the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are expertly extracted and transported seamlessly by the ferry cart to the dedicated finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging: Final Touches of Excellence
Once steamed and cured to perfection, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, thanks to our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
