1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the sophisticated manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another vital section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the seamless automation of the assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where precision cutting is performed in side, horizontal, and vertical directions.
The cutting process is finalized using the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet body is managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
