1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This is the central section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is manufactured, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It's used to create steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the plates, involving manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The blank, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding.
The cut body, using a ground turning table, has corner waste removed and recycled.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are sent into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Post-curing, the products are transported to the finished product packaging section.
The cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes from the autoclave are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
