AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we expertly utilize a unique blend of raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) to craft superior quality products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring the integrity and quality of the final product.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of our production line, playing a crucial role in crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, advanced techniques are employed to fabricate the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core component of our production process, crucial for creating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
We utilize this area to precisely fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for our products. The process involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside an automatic circulation assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this innovative phase, the mold frame holding the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, in tandem with the side plate, is adeptly positioned onto the cutting car. Here, comprehensive cutting – side, horizontal, and vertical – efficiently shapes the product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table flawlessly removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring maximum resource efficiency.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is skillfully marshaled by the crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are professionally transported into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, courtesy of the precise traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After autoclaving, the cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, advancing them to the final phase of packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following autoclaving, the cakes undergo a meticulous classification process. They are then palletized, packed, and seamlessly transported to the storage yard, facilitated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
