AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated concrete production, foundational raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) take center stage as key ingredients.
This section is masterfully engineered for the careful processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the lifeblood of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production—a vital junction where cutting-edge innovation converges with unmatched precision.
In this area, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete panels is crafted with expertise. The process features smooth manual (or automated) mesh handling and an advanced system for automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
In this crucial section, the enchanting process of turning ideas into autoclaved aerated concrete slabs truly takes form, as raw magic solidifies into reality.
Within this dynamic setting, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) is crafted with precision, involving both manual and automatic mesh management, enhanced by automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the art of engineering unfolds as the mold frame, housing the billet body, is delicately demoulded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve flawless molding.
In a symphony of efficiency, the cut masterpiece is elegantly managed by the ground turning table, expertly removing and recycling corner waste, embracing sustainability.
Once waste is removed, the blank body is skillfully directed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with unrivaled grace.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, positioned strategically before the autoclaves.
Autoclave-cured products emerge with triumph, drawn out by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, ready to make their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly autoclaved cakes embark on a thorough journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transport to the storage yard, all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems, ensuring a perfect passage from production to storage.
