1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more for optimal results.
This crucial section manages the meticulous processing and efficient storage of all raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This vital section is dedicated to fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing manual (automatic) mesh hanging and ensuring seamless automatic frame assembly circulation.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is another pivotal part of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It facilitates the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. Subsequently, the blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's shaping.
The cutting process culminates with the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are flawlessly transported into the tank for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Upon curing completion, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and dispatched to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and transportation equipment.
