1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation production generally include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and similar components.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the core area for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated, facilitating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the formation of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the automatic circulation needed for assembling frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The cut body is then processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes marshalling by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing this phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and the ferry cart situated in front of the autoclave.
Post-autoclave cured products are extracted using the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
