1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the pivotal core for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It encompasses manual (or automatic) mesh placement and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as another central hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, including manual (or automatic) mesh placement and the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using the turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
The ground turning table completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste from the cut body.
Following waste removal, the billet body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cake units are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart located in front of the autoclave.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
