1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on the journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where precision meets excellence. Here, we process a curated selection of premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring a foundation of superior quality.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, setting the stage for high-caliber production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the operational powerhouse, propelling the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
In this hub of innovation, we skillfully manufacture the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques are employed, complemented by a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the cornerstone of our production, fundamental to the crafting of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we design the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the synchronized automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. Supported by the side plate, the blank body is placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to achieve the final product form.
The ground turning table is instrumental in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with unparalleled precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and ferry car, achieving optimal results through expert coordination.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unmatched precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining a constant pressure environment to deliver impeccable outcomes.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section, showcasing efficiency at its best.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are efficiently transported to the storage yard, aided by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless operations.

Our metal plate processing capabilities are bolstered by an impressive 2000 tons hydraulic press. For machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and an advanced horizontal machining center.
