1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This section is pivotal for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging methods, alongside an automated circulation system for the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates, featuring manual and automatic mesh hanging systems, as well as an automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where cutting is done from the side, horizontal, and vertical directions to complete product shaping.
After cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is marshalled by a crane and marshalled onto a ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Cured products are then extracted from the autoclave using the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed and separated, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using packaging and conveying equipment.
