1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section handles the processing and storage of these raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This core section is vital for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves fabricating the required steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section is key to producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for horizontal and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table then removes and recycles the corner waste from the cut body.
After waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post-curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported for packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to storage by the packaging and conveying equipment.
