1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal segment for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for the concrete plates are fabricated. The process includes manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for the concrete plates are made, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, shaping the product.
Post-cutting, the body undergoes further processing on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
