AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, essential materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This stage is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial segment forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Within this section, we expertly craft steel mesh (or mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enable manual or automatic hanging of the mesh, and ensure a seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This process involves the fabrication of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for concrete plates, facilitating manual or automatic mesh hanging and promoting efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Utilizing advanced technology, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then expertly placed on the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product to perfection.
The meticulous cut body is handled by the ground turning table, facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste with efficiency.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure seamless continuation of the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the autoclave tank for pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the products, transporting them to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The expertly steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, following separation.

Our machining capabilities are enhanced by a Taiwan vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and a horizontal machining center.
