AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others. These components work in harmony to create robust and lightweight materials.
This pivotal section focuses on the meticulous processing and organized storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless production flow in the next phases.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial segment stands as the cornerstone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
Within this section, the intricate process of crafting steel mesh (or mesh cages) unfolds, essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The system seamlessly integrates manual or automated hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames to streamline operations.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section dedicated to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, vital for durability and consistency.
This stage is integral for creating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cages), facilitating manual or automatic hanging, and ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The billet body, encased in a mold frame, is expertly demudded using a crane. It is then carefully placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques bring the product to its final form.
The finished cut body is placed on a ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste, thus promoting sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes final handling via the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring it is impeccably organized for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are guided into the tank by the traction mechanism before the autoclaves, and the ferry cart facilitates seamless entry for constant pressure maintenance, ensuring premium quality.
Once cured within the autoclaves, the products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, completing the cycle.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the steamed cakes are diligently sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
