1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
This area is designed for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is pivotal to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve precise shaping.
The cut body is refined by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and the ferry cart preceding it.
Autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes from the autoclaves are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
