1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we meticulously select premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to create unparalleled quality.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and optimal storage of raw materials, ensuring they are primed for flawless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section lies at the heart of producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a testament to advanced engineering.
This section deftly crafts the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating manual or automatic mesh hanging and ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is the cornerstone of manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, epitomizing precision and innovation.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate is expertly crafted, complemented by both manual and automatic hanging mesh and the smooth circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via the crane. Positioned on the cutting car, the billet is sculpted to perfection with precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The expertly cut body is seamlessly processed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste.
Subsequent to waste removal, the billet body is strategically arranged by the marshalling crane and the ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are adeptly ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart.
The autoclaved, cured products emerge gracefully, guided by the ferry cart to the final destination of the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once the cakes are expertly steamed out of the autoclave, they undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packaging. They are then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, showcasing the pinnacle of efficiency and care.
