1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section specializes in the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of AAC slab production.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cages) crucial for AAC plates are fabricated. The process involves manual or automatic hanging of mesh and automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is critical for AAC slab production.
It involves creating steel mesh (mesh cages) for AAC plates, with manual or automatic mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded by the turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product takes shape through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut billet body undergoes corner waste removal and recycling using the ground turning table.
Post waste removal, the billet body is prepared by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure treatment using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post autoclaving, the treated products are extracted using the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and transportation equipment after separation.
