1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring a seamless supply chain for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
This section is responsible for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is essential for the core production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the perfect pour and initial curing.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-molded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is further processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After waste removal, the blank body is transferred and completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled products are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring thorough curing.
Once cured, the products are transported out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient and organized storage.
