AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated art of autoclaved aerated coagulation, we employ an array of essential raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), each playing a pivotal role in crafting our superior AAC products.
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials essential for high-quality production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This stage serves as the pivotal heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring consistency and precision at every turn.
Within this section, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. From manual to automatic mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of assembly frames, this operation is a marvel of modern engineering.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core powerhouse for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal consistency and quality.
It is here we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic processes for mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a meticulous demudding process via the crane. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is deftly positioned on the cutting car, where it is skillfully transformed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The precision-cut body is then handled by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for further stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Through a symphony of engineering, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism paired with the front ferry cart.
Upon completion of autoclave curing, the ferry cart gracefully extracts the products, transporting them to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and securely packaged. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment then transports these pristine products to the storage yard, ready for the world to enjoy.
