1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production begins with key raw materials: sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), meticulously prepared to ensure the highest standards.

This crucial section handles the precise processing and organized storage of all essential raw materials, setting the stage for superior product quality.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the heart of our operation, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life, utilizing advanced technology and precision engineering.

Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We facilitate both manual and automatic mesh handling, ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another critical core in our process for creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section skillfully fabricates the required steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, with automated and manual systems for optimal frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Utilizing precision equipment, the mold frame, now laden with billet body, is expertly demudded via the turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by its side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, shaping the product to perfection.

The ground turning table efficiently completes the body cut, ensuring that corner waste is both removed and recycled responsibly.
Once waste is eliminated, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the careful handling of the blank body.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this phase, the assembled cakes are delicately transported into the autoclave by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintained under constant pressure to achieve optimal results.

Post-autoclave, the ferry cart deftly extracts the cured products, which are then conveyed to the final packaging area, ready to meet the world.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The meticulously steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, where they are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems then transport them to the storage yard, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.
