1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential ingredients for crafting superior autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others. These raw materials are meticulously selected to ensure optimal quality.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of the raw materials, setting the foundation for exceptional quality in production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

As the heart of the production line, this section is vital for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and precision.

In this crucial stage, the steel mesh, or mesh cage, integral to the structural strength of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is expertly fabricated. This includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This section represents the core of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the groundwork for subsequent stages.

Here, precision fabrication of the steel mesh (mesh cage) tailored for autoclaved aerated concrete plates occurs, accompanied by both manual and automatic mesh handling and the adept circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, now laden with the billet body, undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to finalize the product's shape.

The cutting process is completed as the ground turning table deftly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and superior efficiency.
Once waste removal is concluded, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next production stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

The meticulously assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure-induced curing, facilitated by a traction mechanism and ferry cart strategically positioned in front.

Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section, ensuring continuity and quality at every step.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Upon exiting the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring flawless classification and delivery.
