AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the journey begins with the finest raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste). These essential components lay the groundwork for superior quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring readiness for creation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Within this core section, the magic of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production unfolds, setting the stage for excellence.
This essential phase involves crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses manual or automatic hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial segment is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring top-notch quality and precision.
The process here is dedicated to creating the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual and automatic handling and sophisticated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame, laden with the billet, undergoes precise demudding through a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is skillfully placed on a cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding with finesse.
The meticulous cutting process culminates as the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing efficiency.
Once waste is expertly removed, the blank body is flawlessly completed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, achieving seamless perfection.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled masterpieces are gracefully introduced into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, courtesy of the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform quality.
Upon completion of the autoclave process, the cured products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed to perfection, the cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, courtesy of advanced packaging and conveying equipment, marking the final step in their journey.
