1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we gracefully harness the power of essential raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.

Welcome to the Raw Material Processing Section, where each material is meticulously processed and securely stored, ensuring pristine quality and readiness for production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring impeccable quality and unmatched efficiency.

Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our advanced system handles manual (automatic) mesh hanging and supports seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section stands as a cornerstone in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, offering precision and reliability.

It serves the critical task of fabricating the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage), executing manual (automatic) hanging, and facilitating the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Witness the transformation as the mold frame, cradling the billet body, is expertly demudded by our turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, embarks on a journey atop the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its completed form.

Our state-of-the-art ground turning table adeptly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, streamlining the process.

5. Autoclaving Section

Here, assembled cakes are gracefully ushered into the autoclave chamber by our traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance for optimal curing.

Once perfectly cured, products emerge from the autoclave, transported seamlessly by the ferry cart to the final destination: the Finished Product Packaging Section.

Our journey culminates as steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. With precision, they are transported to the storage yard by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ready to embark on their final delivery journey.
