AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the pioneering world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, select raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), are meticulously chosen for excellence.
This essential section focuses on the sophisticated processing and meticulous storage of top-quality raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates occurs with both manual and automated hanging, alongside seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the nucleus for the production of state-of-the-art autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in fabricating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging, further enhanced by the automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane, meticulously placing the blank body with the side plate onto the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shape the product.
Once cut, the body is expertly handled by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is orchestrated into completion by the marshalling crane and ferry car for seamless alignment.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes journey into the autoclave tank, maintained under constant pressure by the robust traction mechanism and efficient ferry cart.
Once autoclaving is complete, the cured products are expertly transported from the autoclave by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The expertly steamed cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine product delivery.
