AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated cement products, raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are utilized. Each component is meticulously selected to ensure optimal quality, laying the foundation for superior product excellence.
This essential segment focuses on the meticulous processing and safe storage of vital raw materials, ensuring a seamless and efficient production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is pivotal for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision, strength, and durability throughout the process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our premium autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes the precision of manual or automatic hanging mesh and the smooth, automated circulation of the assembly frame, embodying a seamless production flow.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, focusing on precision and quality.
Designed for the crafting of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section entails both manual and automatic hanging mesh operations alongside an automated assembly frame circulation, ensuring a refined production process.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame, filled with a billet body, is demudded using a crane turning method. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise cutting molding through side, horizontal, and vertical techniques for perfect final shaping.
The ground turning table skillfully handles the cut body, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, contributing to sustainable practices.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring organized handling and transportation.
5. Autoclaving Section
Meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the tank, maintaining constant pressure through the traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart system, ensuring flawless preservation and quality.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are expertly extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a streamlined and efficient end-to-end process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once the cakes are expertly steamed out of the autoclave, they undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then transported with precision to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for delivery and distribution.
