1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and optimal storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another fundamental section in the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is crucial for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, shaping the final product.
The cutting process is completed using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Following waste removal, the blank body is marshaled by the crane and ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
