1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, a symphony of raw materials comes together. This includes sand (often fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the magic touch of aluminum powder or paste.
This section is essential for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these pivotal raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the art of crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) for these slabs is perfected, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section stands as the core heart for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, with possibilities for manual or automatic mesh handling and effortless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, filled with billet body, undergoes a transformative demudding process via crane rotation. The blank body is deftly placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to life.
An innovative ground turning table completes the task by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the ferry car, ensuring seamless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the autoclave tanks for a precise constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclave-touched products are elegantly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, organized, and securely packed. They are then entrusted to packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a smooth journey to the storage yard.
