AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation are typically a harmonious blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), amongst others.
This pivotal section manages the meticulous processing and organized storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section stands as the beating heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Responsible for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the sturdy structure of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section expertly facilitates both manual and automatic mesh suspension and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is indispensable for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) creation is undertaken for the essential support in autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with manual or automatic hanging mesh and efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, now holding the billet body, undergoes a demudding process via a turning crane. Together with the side plate, the blank body is set on the cutting car, where precise cutting is executed via side, horizontal, and vertical incisions, shaping the final product.
Once cut, the body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling any corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the marshalling process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The fully assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, thanks to the synergy of the traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Cured products emerge from the autoclave, expertly handled by the ferry cart, and are transported to the section dedicated to finished product packaging.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
After steaming, cakes are sorted, palletized, and expertly packaged. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
The cakes, having completed their journey through the autoclave, are thoughtfully classified, packaged and securely transported to the storage area.
