1. Raw Material Processing Section

Immerse yourself in the first step of the AAC production journey, where raw materials such as pristine sand (or fly ash), quality lime, robust cement, versatile gypsum, and fine aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) are skillfully handled to ensure top-notch output.

This pivotal section serves as the heart of raw material transformation and secure storage, setting the foundation for high-grade AAC products.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Welcome to the core hub of AAC slab production, where innovation meets precision in the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete masterpieces.

Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for AAC production is meticulously crafted, followed by manual or automatic hanging. The sophisticated system ensures seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Enter the realm of the core production phase, where AAC slabs are birthed with precision and care, ready to shine in their architectural glory.

This stage focuses on perfecting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for AAC slabs, incorporating both manual and automatic technologies for hanging and circulating assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

Watch as the mold frame, supporting the billet body, undergoes a transformative journey. With the aid of a turning crane, it sheds its mold, preparing for precise cutting. This marvel of engineering achieves side, horizontal, and vertical perfection.

The concluding act of cutting sees the billet refined and waste corners efficiently removed and recycled, thanks to the groundbreaking ground turning table.
Post waste removal, witness the billet's meticulous completion, a feat accomplished through the synchronized efforts of the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

Experience the essential autoclaving process, where assembled cakes are entrusted to the autoclave's care. With the guidance of a traction mechanism and ferry cart, they undergo precise pressure maintenance to achieve flawless curing.

Once cured to perfection, the autoclaved products are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart, swiftly moving to the final frontier—the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Embrace the final steps of the process as the autoclaved cakes are sorted, meticulously palletized, and perfectly packed. Seamlessly transported by packaging and conveying systems, they make their way to a vast storage yard, ready to meet the demands of the world.
