AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation process harnesses a variety of high-quality raw materials such as sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, ensuring exceptional product integrity.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials, laying the foundation for superior product quality.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This stage serves as the central hub for crafting premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, which feature unmatched durability and precision engineering.
In this pivotal section, we expertly fabricate the essential steel meshes (mesh cages) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automated mesh handling, along with the seamless circulation of the assembly framework.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section takes center stage in the creation of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, representing the pinnacle of construction technology.
Engineered for precision, this area produces steel meshes required for autoclaved concrete plates, featuring manual/automatic mesh handling and effortless assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes precision demudding by our advanced crane. It is then positioned onto the cutting car where cutting is executed meticulously in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.
The expertly cut body is completed by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, maintaining an eco-friendly process.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless product handling.
5.Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are precisely conveyed into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the strategic ferry cart placement.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for distribution.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Once steamed and ready, the cakes are efficiently sorted, palletized, and securely packaged. Our specialized conveying equipment transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they reach their final destination in perfect condition.
