1. Raw Material Processing Section
The key ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This crucial sector handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are of the highest quality for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Dedicated to creating steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section handles both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential segment is integral to producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It fabricates steel mesh (mesh cages) required for concrete plates, manages manual and automatic mesh hanging, and oversees the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring efficient material use.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body, preparing it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
