AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In our state-of-the-art production process for autoclaved aerated coagulation, we meticulously select premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to ensure superior quality output.
This critical section focuses on the expert processing and efficient storage of our carefully chosen raw materials, setting the foundation for high-quality production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of our production line, where the magic of creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs happens with precision and expertise.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh cages essential for our concrete plates, utilizing advanced techniques for both manual and automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the essential core of our production process, where we initiate the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, we skillfully construct the steel mesh cages, crucial for our concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging with a streamlined assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Witness precision engineering as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding by our turning crane. The blank body seamlessly transitions onto the cutting car, where it is expertly shaped with precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Once cutting is complete, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
With waste removal completed, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly finalize the blank body, preparing it for the next phases with precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
Our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart expertly guide the assembled cakes into the autoclave for a rigorous constant pressure maintenance, ensuring unmatched product quality.
Post-autoclaving, the ferry cart efficiently retrieves the cured products, seamlessly transporting them to the finishing line for packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, our cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems sort, palletize, pack, and transport the impeccable products to the storage yard, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.

In machining, we utilize Taiwan's vertical machining centers, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and advanced horizontal machining centers.
